Mastervideo - one video for all exercises
Are you experienced in producing videos and would like to take advantage of the possibilities? Then the master video is the optimal choice.
Overview of all workouts. You can find self-created workouts under 'my workouts'.
Clicking on the workout opens the workout player with various options.
The timer shows the current exercise. With all the information you need.
The workout player shows a video of how to perform the current exercise.
Evaluation and icepoints
